The internet ordering service www.buycashonlie.com is provided by ECWML. These Online Terms and Conditions apply to the website, and its features; an online ordering facility for foreign currency banknotes.
Use of the Site and its Features
The site and features are only available to individuals accessing the same from Canada. It can only be used to order currency for personal or business inventory needs and not for speculative, investment or any other purposes.
Liability Disclaimer and Limitation
Our maximum liability to the user in respect of each use of the site or its feature for currency ordered shall be limited to a refund of the purchase price of that order, in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned above.
Canadian taxes associated with purchases will be collected when applicable.
We use reasonable care and skill in providing the Service. However, we shall not be liable to you under any circumstances for the following:
1. Inability to perform any of obligations to the user, due to failure of any technical systems or for any other reasons beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, war, terrorism, government action, natural disaster, and significant dispute;
2. for any damage to your computer equipment as a result of using the site or the features offered; or
3. for any indirect, exemplary, or consequential losses, claims or damages of any nature whatsoever (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of savings or loss of use of money), whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, suffered by you or incurred from your use of, or delay, or inability to use the Website or the Service, breach or failure of express or implied warranty, breach of contract, misrepresentation, strict liability in tort or otherwise.
Should the user be dissatisfied with any portion of the site or its features, the sole and exclusive remedy to the user is the discontinuation of use of the Website.

This provision does not affect the statutory rights of the user to the extent that such rights cannot be modified or excluded under applicable law.
Delivery of your Currency Order
Deliveries are made by ECWML’s courier partner UPS, to the physical address provided in the order only. The time of the delivery may fluctuate based on the traffic and road conditions the day of the delivery.
Picking-up your Currency Order
Office pick-up orders can only be collected once confirmation is sent, by the ordering client, from ECWMLs location, during regular business hours from Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 6:00PM and Saturday 10:00AM to 4:00PM, timings are subject to change.
The client will produce their valid photo identification document as well as their order confirmation (Paper copy, or shown on mobile device screen). ECWML reserves the right to require further information and identification prior to releasing the funds (such as proof of residential address, source of funds) in accordance with Canadian Anti-money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing Laws.
Home Delivery
We use a specific delivery agent to ensure your order is delivered in the most efficient and secure manor. All home delivery orders are sent by UPS fully insured by Brinks armoured courier services, unless otherwise noted only to your provided address. Please note that delivery times may vary. A valid telephone number is required for home delivery.
Cancellation, Replacements and Returns
The order can be cancelled up to 24 hours after being placed (if not collected) and, excluding any applicable card issuer charges, we will refund you the full amount you paid for your order. If more than 24 hours have passed, we will refund you at the day’s cost rate. In accordance with the terms and conditions, orders may be cancelled by calling customer services on our broad line number (416)-363-2300 or by emailing us at admin@buycashonline.com
Please note that, despite possible positive fluctuations, we will not refund more than the amount paid for the order. If you fail to accept delivery for any reason and wish your order to be redelivered it will be your responsibility to pay any additional delivery charges. Orders not collected within 10 days of the order date will be returned in full to ECWML possession.
Third Party Rights
When you place an order for currency we are entering into a contract with you personally. Nothing in these terms will confer any benefit on any third party or any right to enforce these terms.
Ongoing Applicability of Current Terms
We may, at any time, with immediate effect, change, suspend or withdraw the Website, its features and these Online Terms and Conditions without notice and without liability to you. You are expected to review our Online Terms and Conditions from time to time to take notice of any changes we make and prior to completing each currency order, as they are binding on you. By using the Website or the Service or by placing orders after we have changed these terms, you will be accepting the changes.

Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Providing personal information about other people
You can provide us with another person’s personal information to enable us to contact them (for e.g. by recommending a friend to use ECWML Services, or by entering them into a competition).
